It’s been a great term of rock n roll rehearsals for We Will Rock You! Next term, we will need to change up a gear in the lead up to our four performances in December. Please see the schedule for slightly extended rehearsals on some Mondays and Thursdays. Please also make a note of our Saturday rehearsal and when students will be off timetable.
It’s great that students are enjoying being part of this so much, but we do need continued enthusiasm and commitment to be ‘show ready’! Therefore, can we please ask that your child attends all rehearsals and that you please email Pak Conor and Ibu Liz if there is any reason they can’t make a rehearsal. Please also encourage them to learn their lines over the half term!
For students:
It is vital that you are in school and at rehearsal at the times stated below. When you come to rehearsal, you should already know your lines and have practised the appropriate song at home in preparation. You must let Pak Conor (Thursday)/Ibu Liz(Monday) know if there is any reason you cannot attend any rehearsal.
In addition, the following rehearsals will run:
- Tuesdays (S&G) and Thursdays (B&O) with Ibu Liz in the yoga studio, lunch time 12.30-1.00 (bring lunch)
- Mondays (K&K, sometimes Yuppies – look out in notices) with Pak Dika (music room)
- Fridays – Elena and Ibu Tessa – dance choreography in the yoga studio, 12.30-1.00. First two weeks after half term – All actors in Act 1 Sc8 should be there for choreography.
