Last Friday about 20 parents came to the first workshop for the year about “Support a Reader”. Thanks to Ibu Lindy for presenting the workshop and giving the parents some useful tips on helping their children with reading and also giving them an understanding about why sometimes the reading process can be difficult.
This Friday, all the students in Primary will participate in the annual Swimming Carnival. This fun day combines fun, water activities with some competitive races too. It is a great chance for the students to practice what they have learnt during their PE lessons. It will be very hot down at poolside so we all need to make sure that the students and staff are well-hydrated and as much as possible, protected from the sun with hats, sunscreen and shade where possible.
