On Saturday 19 January, Dyatmika hosted its second Science Fair. This year, five schools from across Bali entered teams to compete in this student-led event. Prior to the Science Fair itself, each team had planned and carried out a scientific investigation that tested a hypothesis they had chosen themselves. On the day of the event, they had to showcase their project and findings to judges and an audience of spectators. Several conservation-orientated organisations also put on stands to promote their work amongst the Dyatmika community. The judges and audience agreed that the standard of work on display this year was exceptional and we are already looking forward to next year’s event.
