Parent and Teacher Conferences will take place on Monday, 8 March 2021 and Tuesday, 9 March 2021.
Monday will be classes: Playgroup, Primary Prep, Class 2 and Class 4.
Tuesday will be classes: TK, Class 1, Class 3 and Class 5.
Wednesday, 10 March 2021 is the last day of Term 3. Due to PTCs taking place, all learning will be HBL for all students. There will be no off site Wellness and Assessment Programmes taking place that week.
Unfortunately there are still a number of parents who have forgotten to submit permission slips for participation in the various off site programmes. These must be submitted to staff when you drop off or pick up your child. I’m afraid that some children will be excluded if these notes do not come in.
I want to thank the large number of parents who are following and modelling health and safety protocols, especially if any parent has been identified as a close contact and being asked to isolate or get tested. Without your support and following these guidelines, it would be very difficult to ensure the safety of our school community. I want to remind you all that information shared is not shared with the community and only used for tracing or clearance purposes. Processes were shared with you all in December in the Dyatmika Covid-19 Protocols booklet. I thank everyone for their honesty and for responding quickly. We can then get on top of issues quickly without causing alarm.
