How long has Dyatmika been open?
Dyatmika first opened its door in 1995. It is a well-established school that has grown steadily since it was founded.
How many students are in a class?
The numbers of students are as follows:
Playgroup: 20 students
Kindergarten (TK):24 students
Primary Prep to Class 5: 26 students
Classes 6 to 8: 26 students in each of 2 classes per year level
Classes 10 to 12: numbers vary according to subject choices, but rarely exceed 15 students in any single class
What is Dyatmika’s curriculum?
Dyatmika School is a fully recognised Cambridge
In High School students learn Indonesian as first or second language learners, depending on their Indonesian language learning background. In Classes 6 to 8 Cambridge subjects are largely taught in English. This pathway leads to Classes 9 to 12 where students take IGCSE, AS level and A level certificates in many different subjects recognised in universities and colleges worldwide.

From Class 9 Dyatmika offers a double award for students with Indonesian / dual nationality, meaning that these students graduate from Dyatmika with both UN and Cambridge examination results. Our graduates have gone on to top colleges and universities around the world and in Indonesia with these qualifications.
Where do Dyatmika international teachers come from?
All of our teachers are fully qualified and experienced. The majority of our international teachers come from the UK and Australia, with many having previous international experience. The excellent national and international reputation of Dyatmika means that we are able to attract high quality teachers.
Where do Dyatmika students come from?
32% of Dyatmika students are from families with Indonesian and international parents. 49% are Indonesian, with the remaining 19% being international. In total over 30 different nationalities are represented in the student body at Dyatmika. All heritages are valued.
What will be taught in the classroom?
The Engage parent portal gives parents access to curriculum outlines showing what is taught. Parent information sessions allow parents to ask for more details.

Arrive at school between 7.30 am and 7.45 am

What Extracurricular programmes are offered at Dyatmika?
We offer many choices. Please see the Extracurricular booklet for Primary and High School.
Is there a school bus for transportation to and from school?
Dyatmika does not have a school bus. Parents are encouraged to join car pools in order to reduce the flow of traffic to and from school. This is also in accordance with the environmental ethos of our school.
Is there a caterer at Dyatmika?
At the moment there are 3 different caterers who provide students with menus to choose from. Parents prepay for these meals.
Dyatmika has a school canteen for High School students.
Is there a school uniform and how much does it cost?
Students wear the school uniform from Mondays to Thursdays. On Fridays, students may wear any clothes that are neat and appropriate. Uniforms may be purchased
How much are school fees and what are they?

Is there a book fee?
Stationery is provided to students. They should bring their own pencil case and writing implements. High School students require a scientific calculator that can be bought from the High School office.
